We now have a working CFC for each of the available methods defined in the Amazon CloudFront API, and all that remains is to incorporate into the site for people to create their own distributions.

Donate towards the development of the CloudFront CFC

The CFC includes the following methods:

• init(accessKeyId, secretAccessKey) – initialise the CFC

• createDistribution(bucket, callerRef, CNAME, comment, enabled) – create a new CloudFront distribution for the named bucket

• listDistributions(marker, maxItems) – list all distributions associated with your Amazon CloudFront account

• getDistributionInfo(distributionId) – get information on the specified distribution

• getDistributionConfig(distributionId) – get the configuration of the specified distribution

• setDistributionConfig(distribtuionId, eTag, bucket, callerRef, CNAME, comment, enabled) – modify the configuration of the distribution

• deleteDistribution(distributionId, eTag) - delete the specified distribution

At present I haven’t had chance to write any example scripts, and will need to implement into http://www.eZs3.com before doing so, but they’re on their way so watch out for those in later versions.

The CFC was developed using CF7, but it should work in CF6 and CF8 also.  Earlier versions of CF I’m not sure about, so if someone runs into any issues, let me know.
